To Exchange An Item :
Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping cost when returning an item(s) - shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. There is no additional charge when we ship your exchanged item(s) to you.
  • We recommend you return the items in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
  • We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
  • If we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we may issue a refund for your returned merchandise instead. We will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests whenever possible.

  • All exchanged merchandise if deemed a refund is valid, then it will be in the original form of payment.
  • All swimwear and underwear must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and with the price tags still attached. Returns will be accepted on women swimsuits only if the hygienic protection is still attached. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase. ***
    We strongly recommend you do not remove your underwear when trying on swimsuits until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.

Return Instructions

1. Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit.

2. Include a note with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • The exchange item(s) requested
  • Please make sure to secure a tracking number or delivery confirmation for your shipment.
