2. Returns Policy

Orders may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery for store credit or exchange.
When returning items please include proof of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 10 days.

3. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns.

4. Exceptions

The following items do not qualify for returns: items marked as final sale, underwear and swimsuit.
Return Instructions 1. Securely pack your merchandise. We recommend you return the items in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection in transit. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit. 2. Include a note with the following information: Order number Refund or Exchange? Reason for return Exchange item(s) requested (if applicable) 3. Ship the merchandise to the returns address that is printed on your packing slip. Please make sure to secure a tracking number or delivery confirmation number for your shipment.
