Returned items must conform to our returns policy:
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order.
Please note that the following conditions apply:
- You are responsible for paying the shipping cost when returning an item(s). There is no additional charge when we ship your exchanged item(s) to you.
- We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
- Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.
- If we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we may issue a refund for your returned merchandise instead. We will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests whenever possible.
- We recommend you return the items in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
- If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for which you will be refunded and then you can place a new order.
1. Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit.
2. Include a note with the following information:
- Order number
- Refund or Exchange?
- Reason for return
- Exchange item(s) requested (if applicable)
